The Eat Clean Diet
You know how important your diet is to losing weight and looking great, but how many of us actually know what the best things are to eat?  Don't know what it means to eat clean?  Tosca Reno has put all of this together into an easy to understand and follow book called “The Eat Clean Diet”.  I, personally, can attest that this “diet” (really just a sensible, healthy way of eating for life) works.  I followed this plan and lost 1.5 to 2 lbs per week until I met my ideal weight goal!  I continue to follow this plan and am losing body fat (as well as a little bit of weight).  Check it out for yourself and give clean eating a try.  See how much better you will feel after just one week!
