Saturday Morning Outdoor Group Session


Sign-ups are starting now for the Saturday Morning Outdoor Group Workout Sessions.  Each 45 to 60 minute session consists of cardio, core and weight / resistance training.  They are held on the grounds of the Meadow Pointe III clubhouse at 7:30 am.  Class size is limited so contact me now for registration information.
